The Copestone

For God and his children I laid down my life to be your vessel of peace and plenty. In your security I was able to soak up their impurities. Giving my life to you was the best investment in life to help the children and their strife.

I told my son that I will live for you but not die for you because of the will of God. Your right hand is lifted high and now it is time to nurture the feet so that he can walk in the peat.

The capstone that the people rejected became the copestone. The ones that accepted your gift said 'You are my rock'. Standing strong and firm fulfilling the term that you ordained for your pleasure. They said 'Now I can cope, you gave me hope'.

Common sense was a great blessing and your mantle a great gift. When it was wrapped around my shoulders it felt so warm and nice, was I so innocent and trusting of man that you had to give it to me twice?

I remember the day at Elijah's Cave, cream silk and tassles that covered my hair, made everyone stare. I smiled,  there was no chair. The Rabbi's were collected up and put into my right hand. Then we walked along the sand with hearts full of care and lots to share.

Ah the 12 stars that you placed upon my head if only they understood it in Safed. Its taking time for humanity to come to terms with it, it is the perfect fit, where you sit.
